Celebrate Cincinnati restaurant week august 5th – 11th with Metropole. Chef Michael Paley has developed a three-course meal to highlight Ohio’s producers and farmers and showcase his variety of unique fireplace cooking techniques. Together along with 27 other restaurants, Metropole will offer this three-course menu for $35.
First course:

Braised Pork Shoulder
Sweet corn polenta, pickled zucchini & romesco
