Celebrate Cincinnati restaurant week august 5th – 11th with Metropole.  Chef Michael Paley has developed a three-course meal to highlight Ohio’s producers and farmers and showcase his variety of unique fireplace cooking techniques. Together along with 27 other restaurants, Metropole will offer this three-course menu for $35.

 

First course:

Grateful Greens Mixed Lettuces
Shaved radish, vinaigrette & grated pecorino

Seared Octopus
Garbanzo beans, currants, navel orange & hot pepper

Main:

Chickpea Panisse
Asparagus, fennel, shishito & olive puree (can change with summer veg)

Seared Monkfish
Fireplace zebra tomatoes, gnocchi, fennel, pistou

Braised Pork Shoulder
Sweet corn polenta, pickled zucchini & romesco

Dessert:

Dark Chocolate Tart
