We’re stoked to announce that Metropole is gearing up to take part in the first ever Cincinnati Food + Wine Classic, taking place September 12-13 2014. Executive Chef Michael Paley is eager to show off the Cincinnati culinary scene during this year’s inaugural event. During the festivities, Paley plans to bring the heat with his best pork-inspired dish at the Pork Chopped competition. Metropole bartender Catherine Manabat will also be serving up craft cocktails with demos on how to make the perfect drink right at home.
