Get ready to spend the last nights of summer sipping Spanish wines! Chef Michael Paley is preparing some tantalizing dishes to accompany a few of Metropole’s favorite Spanish wines. We’re starting the night off with the Kila, Cava NV, Penedes comprised of light & bright bubbles to get the palate started, then enjoy the Campos Reales, Tempranillo 2011, La Mancha, a dry & seriously fun red w focused fruits & tobacco. Prepare to get a little earthy with our next wine, Finca Sandoval Salia, Syrah 2008, Manchuela, full of big & round flavors hitting the palate with some dark and earthy berry notes. We’ll top it all off with the Botani, Moscatel 2011, Sierras de Malaga for a perfect sweet finish with the refreshing flavors of ripe pear & lemon peel. Salud!
