Are you a Sunday School student looking to put your education to the test? Join us for a Chopped-style cocktail competition. The first half of the class will be dedicated to technique, specifically, how to build flavors and proper cocktail construction. The second half of the afternoon will feature a competition with 6 teams comprised of 6 participants each. Metropole will provide the spirits and a pantry full of fun mixers, plus each student is allowed to bring one special non-alcoholic ingredient with them to the competition that can be used for their team’s cocktail. We will also be celebrating our 7 second semester graduates as well at 7 Master’s Program graduates.
