In honor of the 10th Anniversary of 21c Louisville and Proof on Main, the restaurant will be hosting a series of guest chef dinners featuring the executive chefs from each of our 21c restaurants. These dinners will showcase the culinary character of each visiting chef as tribute to our burgeoning food and beverage program.
In April, Proof on Main will welcome executive chef Jared Bennett of Metropole. The evening will begin with passed canapés followed by a tapas style dinner featuring fresh spring produce from Woodland Farm.
