Join Metropole for our Fork & Bottle dinner series, where we highlight our favorite brewers, distillers and winemakers with special pairings for tasting menus prepared by executive chef Jared Bennett. This month’s dinner is a culinary ode to Spring. Blossoming green in the woods, cool nights, and the shedding of winter’s staleness, inspired this poetic prix fixe menu. Delight in spirited pairings like the Carriage House cornmeal cake with fumet, parsley, and chive and the Queen Bee with gin, chrysanthemum, honey, and lemon. Special menu offered nightly. $55 per person
