Join Metropole for our Fork & Bottle dinner series, where we highlight our favorite brewers, distillers and winemakers with special pairings for tasting menus prepared by executive chef Jared Bennett. This month’s dinner celebrates America’s favorite pastime. The crack of the bat and the smell of a hotdog gets everyone a little nostalgic for a slower pace. Chef Bennett is going to be whipping up elevated versions of your favorite stadium foods, like handmade mettwurst corndogs, nachos with house-made beer cheese and pickled jalapeños, and chocolate semi-freddo with beer salted caramel and cracker jacks.
