Mark your calendars for the opening weekend of the Cocktail Terrace at 21c on April 15, 2021. Boozy cocktails and sweeping downtown Cincinnati views are making a return, along with a new raw bar menu by executive chef Vanessa Miller of Metropole.
“We’re thrilled to be bringing a little bit of whimsy and fun to the Cocktail Terrace in the form of a full raw bar menu. We’ll be focusing on sourcing the freshest seafood we can, and then finding fun and interesting ways to serve it. We’re talking black truffle clam chowder, caviar grilled cheese, and the most baller Power Tower this city has ever seen (think king crab legs and Skull Island prawns). The goal is to have a wide range of options with a wide range of price points, so you can have a half dozen fresh oysters before dinner and not break the bank, or you can go big with a power tower and spend the whole night with us.” – Chef Vanessa
As always, 21c’s rooftop Cocktail Terrace features a rotating selection of local craft beers, creative cocktails and refreshing adult slushies.
“With the changing of the season and the reopening of our doors, there’s no better time to showcase the flavors of spring. We’re bringing back some favorites such as The Kiki, a sparkling brut cocktail kissed with a touch of hibiscus and lemon. We’ll also be serving up some Tito’s martinis straight from the freezer and White Claw Floats, because why not?” – Metropole Assistant Food & Beverage Director, Chris Brown
